I teach American Mahjong in 101, 102 and strategy classes and have been teaching for the past year. I teach group, private and public in-person lessons for all ages. My patient and layered approach teaching style will have you walking away with a complete understanding of the game.
I have been playing mah-jongg for 16 years, and since September 2025, have taught over 225 people to play ! I am thrilled that something that has been such a passion of mine, is now this cultural phenomenon, and I have been able to bring joy to people one tile at a time!! it is so exciting to see the community, connections, and friendships that are built around the mah-jongg table. I offer a three part instructional series that has been proven to be fun, highly effective, addicting! I can’t wait to see you at a table soon!
