She is the author of Unlocking the Secrets of American Mah Jongg, originally published in 2019, with the latest edition offering a timeless approach that allows students to learn and improve their skills regardless of the current year's National Mah Jongg League card. Debbie is passionate about ensuring that every student learns to play according to National Mah Jongg League rules. She shares her expertise through teaching, running events, tournaments, and mentoring players to reach the next level. She is the creator of MahjCon, an annual conference that brings Mah Jongg enthusiasts together while raising funds for Alzheimer’s research, a cause close to her heart.
